Return Policy

We try our level best to provide you a satisfactory experience, but if you wish to return a product we happily issue refund based on the following conditions-

  • You have received a defective item, or the item got tampered during the delivery.
  • The item was lost during transit.
  • The product was damaged during the transit.
  • The order is expired or close to its expiry date.
  • You ordered the wrong product by mistake.
  • You ordered an extra product.

We also understand that sometimes there are such circumstances where you want to return an item or items which are not effective or do not lie in the categories mentioned above.

In such cases, we do allow the return, but the products must be unused and unopened. We also charge some percent of restocking charges. The condition for such refunds is that you need to notify us within the 20 to 30 days after the order has been shipped to you. Also, you should have the original or the copy of the receipt issued to you by our online pharmacy.

Before you place any order, we request you to go through our return policy carefully so that there is no confusion in the future.

Our Return Policy

We provide you with a flexible return policy for the products you have purchased from us. Under our return policy, every product you buy has a returnable window that varies between 2 to 4 weeks after its delivery. Once the product is delivered, the return window will be mentioned in the returns section.

Below mentioned products are not eligible for a return under the following circumstances-

  1. If we find the item opened, disfigured, or partially used. Make sure that you check the package carefully when it is delivered to you.
  2. In case you find the product or package has a tampered seal, do not accept and refuse the delivery.
  3. If the product belongs to the non-returnable category.
  4. If the return window for that product has expired.
  5. If we do not receive the product in the original package, we received it in.
  6. If the product does not have original details such as serial number, bar code, etc. that was mentioned at the time of delivery.
  7. If there is any damage and defect that is not a part of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  8. If the product is damaged or the package is found empty.

  • How can I return my order?
    Returning products back to us is quite easy and straightforward. All you have to do is raising a request for any of the products you wish to return following below mentioned simple steps-
  • Click on my orders
    Click on the order you wish to return and tap on “Return.” You need to check and make sure whether the product you wish to return can be returned or not. Also, check if that product has a specific date by which it can be returned.
  • State the reason and quantity of products you wish to return
    Once you have clicked on return, now select the quantity of the item that you wish you return and also mention the reason for the same. We generally pick the order from where it was delivered within a week from the date of the return request. Make sure that you return us the product in the original and same packaging it was delivered to you in. Also, our customers are requested to keep a copy of the bill for verification.

The products which are marked as “non- returnable” or the products of which the return date window has expired shall not be considered for a refund. In case we receive such a product back, we shall disallow the refund of that very product. Therefore, make sure you read and check all the regulations of our company.

  • When will I get my refund?
    Once we receive the product as per our guidelines, we initiate the refund. It takes around 3 to 5 business days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.
